ISO Technical Committee of Chinese Herbal Medicine Settled Down in Zhangjiang

In September 2009, ISO passed the China’s proposal and established the ISO/TC249, the secretariat of which was conducted by China. Zhangjiang Biotech Pharmaceutical Base Development Ltd, co. has agreed to settle the secretariat in Zhangjiang Pharmaceutical Valley.

Now the secretariat has accelerated the preparation work, which will be completed in a short period of time before undertaking the operation of technical committee of Chinese herbal medicine.

According to the project, the secretariat is to build the standardized system of Chinese herbal medicine and administration standards based on international cooperation.
